| What to bring? In a nutshell, bring along everything you need to keep your child clean and happy. For babies don’t forget diapers, wipes, food drink, favorite toys and or blankets. Please bring any personal props you may want to use. Also bring anything that could hold your baby’s attention, for example, a squeaky toy or object. For toddlers and older kids: bring snacks and drinks, bottled water (if going to a different location). Please bring any personal props you may want to use. Consider bringing their favorite C.D. to jam to during the photo shoot, this may help them relax and have some fun. What payments are expected? The sitting fee is due at the time of the photo shoot. You may pay the remaining proof fee with in the following two weeks. The proofs will be shipped directly to your home once full payment is received. Visa, Mastercard and personal check accepted. How do you pick the proofs? The day of the photo shoot you will get a chance to get a sneak peak of what was made along with an index sheet of all the images made to take home. Based on the amount of proofs you purchase, a personalized portfolio will be made featuring the best images made from the shoot. Don't worry, if you did not receive an image that you really wanted in your book, you may exchange it out free of charge or order the additional proof or reprint. It is that easy. Ordering reprints is easy too: Again, no high pressure sales pitches, you can do your order at home, via e-mail or you can make an appointment if you would like Jamie to walk you through the process. You have up to a year to order reprints, however the quoted prices can only be honored for three months after the sitting. When will I get my proofs/portfolio and reprints? Your personalized portfolio with all of the proofs will be shipped approximately two weeks after the date of your sitting. Most reprints and enlargements will take 3 to 4 weeks after your order is placed (16x20 prints and canvases may take 6 weeks.) Reprints and enlargements may be ordered up to one year after your photo shoot. If you plan to order prints as Christmas gifts, you must have your order in to me by Thanksgiving to guarantee Christmas delivery. Does Marshall Memories photograph weddings? Not currently The Legal Stuff Please note that Marshall Memories Children’s Photography has all the rights to the images and may use them for promotional display and advertisements. If, for some reason, you do not want me to use your child’s photo for promotional use, please contact me in writing and I will adhere to your request.
